Weekly Menu 11.25.18
Weekly Menu 11.25.18 is perfect to finish up a wonderful November. Our boys are headed back to school, but will enjoy a last big meal first.
We gravitate towards Italian “Feasts”
to celebrate and this week is no exception. One of the nice things about the Chicken Fra Diavolo (besides being middle sons favorite meal) is that it’s not Thanksgiving related. I’m good with leftovers for a while!
Monday we are having a fun, unbelievably fast standby meal with Beef and Black Bean Burritos. I use one skillet to cook the meat and smash the beans in. Less cleanup! The addition of the beans also makes this a super cheap meal. That one pound of ground beef gets s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d. Always nice.
We’re lightening up with a Chicken Stew this week – simple and down home all-in-one-pot dinner. This is nice to have on the stove (or warming in the crock pot) if you have people coming and going the way we do this week.
