It’s Officially Summer. Hello good looking!

The summer solstice this week represents the best of times and the worst of times. We have a lot of love for the longest day of sunlight for the year. (Does it bother anyone else when people say it’s the longest day of the year? Duh. They’re all the same length.) We’ll enjoy a typical easy summer meal (I’m talking about you Grilled Chicken Fajita Salad) and spend time outside until the last peak of light disappears.  Then we’ll bemoan the fact that now we’re on the downslide to the shortest day of sunlight for the year in December.
