Surprisingly simple Spiced Fries will rock your world~

Are Spiced Fries going to beat out the hot and crispy fries from your favorite burger joint? Of course not. What they will do is make for a fun and fast side dish that’s versatile and can easily be changed up to go with any main course.

I’ve said it before: the Freezer section provides a lot of my pantry staples. Check out Frozen Veggies Rock! for a refresher. We always, always have frozen fries of some variety in there, and they come out for dinner at least every other week. What this recipe does is add a little zip to their step in a fast and super easy way.

Spices for use with spiced fries

With Spiced Fries, the variety is endless.

The ones in the pictures below are Garlic Parmesan – and they’re made with only 5 ingredients. Change up the spice and/or the fries and you’ve completely changed the recipe in the best way possible! Use what you love and, more importantly, what you have on hand. Spiced Fries don’t require cheese, although it adds a lot of flavor. Let’s make Spiced Fries!

Bake the fries according to the manufacturers directions. You want them cooked through and crispy, but not so cooked that they are dry. The cheese and spices need something to cling to!

Put the dry ingredients in your big bowl (affiliate links follow) and mix well.

Toss them up! I put them back in the oven (turn it off first) to let the cheese cling a little better to the fries. Give it about 2 minutes.
