Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 cup Pasta Sauce
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • 1 loaf Italian Bread
  • 8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  • Combine beef and pasta sauce in sprayed slow cooker.
  • Cook for 6-8 hours on low temperature or 3-4 hours on high temperature.
  • To make sandwiches, slice Italian bread into 1/2" thick pieces and toast under broiler until golden brown.
  • Mound beef and mozzarella on sandwich and broil for a few minutes more until the cheese is bubbly and stringy.
  • Top sandwich with second piece of toasted bread and serve with Pasta Sauce
