Shredded Italian Beef Sandwiches are a 5 ingredient crock pot dump meal that eats like a feast! This low carb shredded beef recipe works great on mashed cauliflower too~

2 pounds Beef Stew Meat 1 cup Pasta Sauce Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste 1 loaf Italian Bread 8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella
Combine beef and pasta sauce in sprayed slow cooker.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low temperature or 3-4 hours on high temperature.
To make sandwiches, slice Italian bread into 1/2" thick pieces and toast under broiler until golden brown.
Mound beef and mozzarella on sandwich and broil for a few minutes more until the cheese is bubbly and stringy.
Top sandwich with second piece of toasted bread and serve with Pasta Sauce
