Shredded, spicy chicken perfect for sandwiches, tacos or on top of salad. Ridiculously easy.

- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce (I use Frank's)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper flakes
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray, and lay chicken in base.
Pour on hot sauce, drop in butter, and sprinkle black & red pepper.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Shred in crock pot, leaving juice.
