Weekly Menu 07.01.18

Weekly Menu for 07.01.18!!  July already? January doesn’t seem to go by quite as fast as June for some odd reason.

July Fourth is on a Wednesday this year, so we may celebrate on Tuesday evening instead, which will allow for a more relaxed night, especially if we stay up to watch fireworks. We will switch out the Crispy Chicken Salad from Tuesday until Wednesday if that’s the case.

It’s supposed to be a real scorcher around here this week, so we are using the Crockpot, the Instant Pot and the grill whenever possible. I’ll freeze enough of the Chuck Roast from Sunday so we can use it and some leftover Black Beans from Tuesday for a laid back leftover dinner on Saturday night.
