Weekly Menu 06.24.18

We are in full-on summer mode here in Pennsylvania, but the weather hasn’t been cooperating much. It’s been rainy and a bit chilly – running mid sixties to seventies. I’m not complaining – we had just shy of 200″ of snow this past winter (you read that right – nearly 17 feet of snow) so any precipitation that isn’t freezing is okay with us. 

We have a typical summer week – some days are busier than others, starting early and ending late between work, sports, and making sure we enjoy the sun. No one is working Sunday, so it’s time for a big family dinner that we are all looking forward to.

Friday night we are having a couple close friends up to toast to summer with a few cocktails and an easy pre-made spread of food. Meanwhile, enjoy every minute of sunshine (and the warm raindrops) that you can!
