Weekly Menu 05.06.18

When making up a weekly menu, I always take a close look at our calendar, and this week is an odd one. Picking up kids from college, sports practice and a couple of lacrosse games all make for easy, fast meal requirements, which this has. Summer is nearly here (fingers crossed no more snow), so grilling is included as a possibility too. If the weather tanks, the burgers will get baked instead.
