July 4th 2018 Menu

Happy Fourth of July! There’s a lot on this menu, but almost everything can be made in advance, and it is, basically, hamburgers and hot dogs ♥.  We have two factions here: the potato salad lovers and the pasta salad lovers (I’m the potato salad lover, so that almost always makes the cut) but if your family likes one instead of the other, prepare accordingly.

It’s a little tough with the Fourth being smack dab in the middle of the week, so we may well decide to have our “party” on Tuesday night instead. I’m planning on celebrating Friday twice (on Tuesday and Friday) – think of how fast work will go with two little weeks!
