It’s finally June, and it’s finally a normal Sunday – we are having a big family dinner with both a grilled appetizer and main course. Dessert is decadent cookies – the recipe link is below.

The lacrosse season is over, and the school year is quickly coming to an end, so there isn’t too much activity that needs to be adjusted for, but we are all working now, so quick and easy meals are still our norm.

It’s cherry season – so we’ve freshened up simple pan fried pork chops with a sweet topper. The coconut jasmine rice is both simple and a delicious side dish.

The Summer Chopped Salad includes grilled chicken, corn, red peppers, pistachios and  a wonderful sweet adobo vinaigrette that is simple to make and a perfect complement for the salad.
